Apostolic Missions

Dr. Bill Randall has served with the Alliance for 27 years and resigned as lead pastor of Risen King Community Church in June of 2014, where he served for over 19 years, after planting churches in Southern California and New England. Bill has also taught extensively at Simpson University and Tozer Theological Seminary.  Bill has been married to Jill for 35 years, and they have three married children and three grandchildren. In 2011 Photo of Bill and Jill Randall, founders of Centered Set Ministries, Apostolic Missionaries of Risen KingBill and Jill launched the Life Equipping Center, a two-year training program designed to equip emerging leaders for Kingdom service in the Alliance and beyond.  Risen King was the first host church of the annual Kingdom Come! Conference, an event Bill founded where Alliance friends from across the world gather with the purpose of seeking personal and corporate revival. Bill will be publishing his book soon called, The Life Jesus Made Possible: Embracing the Kingdom within your reach! What now? While not serving as the lead pastor of Risen King any more, Bill & Jill are still strategically on the team, now serving as commissioned apostolic missionaries of the church. Risen King will remain their home church, like Antioch was for the apostle Paul. But like the apostle Paul, their ministry will take them to cities and nations beyond the local church setting. The platform for this new ministry is called Centered Set Ministries (www.centeredsetministries.com), a ministry focused on coaching, consulting and equipping leaders, teams and churches to abide with God and advance his Kingdom. The Randalls are relocating to Nampa, Idaho to continue their roles with Christian Resource Ministries coaching ministry leaders in beginning new expressions of church and resourcing those in ministry.
