Lately I felt down, upset and emotionally distressed. I have felt alone. I wake up sad, go to sleep weak and tired and hurt. I tried on my own to be strong but the more I tried, the weaker I felt. I prayed two nights ago. I prayed long and hard. When I woke up I felt amazing, strong, renewed and restored. I felt worthy and happy. I laughed and smiled. I looked up to God and said ‘thank you’.
