Babies and toddlers will experience the love of Jesus through the care and security provided by the caregivers. Preschool and Kindergarten aged children will begin to know Jesus through Bible stories, songs, crafts, activities and play time.
First through fifth graders begin to focus on their identity as godly trailblazers for Jesus. They will be taught as sons and daughters how to have a real relationship with Him. The focus will be on knowing how their godly identity can impact their lives and those around them. On Sunday morning, the children will be encouraged to engage in worship, learn about the power of prayer, and participating in activities that reinforce the teaching that they will receive. They will also participate in small group time to apply the teaching to their lives. Special events throughout the year will work together with the Sunday morning experience to help kids encounter God and become more like Jesus. Watch the calendar for Kids parties, Summer Splash, and Kids camp.
Kids team members have filled out an application, passed reference checks, and a background check. The volunteers are well trained, prayed over, and follow procedures to ensure your child's safety.
A security tag system is used for children age birth-Kindergarten. The adult will sign in at the classroom that the child is attending for service and choose a two-part sticker with a call number. One part is placed on the child and the other part stays with you. In the event that your child or the classroom volunteers need you, you will be texted. For security purposes, the number on your tag will be matched up with the number on the child's tag at the time of pick-up.
