Grow Teams exist to create environments that provide discipleship and spiritual growth. They meet twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, with each season focusing on different topics. Led by qualified team leaders, these small groups are limited to 15 people and meet for 6-12 weeks. Participants explore and discuss biblical truths, applying them in practical ways to their lives. The first session of Grow Teams will launch on March 2, 2025.

Ministry at Risen King we understand the importance of these formative years in middle school and high school. We are excited to make room for your teens to have fun, connect, and learn more about God through the Bible. We create a safe place for students to open up and build deep relationships with both peers and leaders.

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
At Risen Kids, our mission is to create a fun, nurturing, and engaging environment where kids feel safe, seen, and loved as they learn and grow in their faith. Through dynamic lessons, interactive storytelling, worship, and play, we help kids discover who they are in Christ and how they can share His love with the world. We believe kids aren’t just the future of the church—they’re a vital part of it today. Our goal is simple: to empower kids to grow in their relationship with Jesus and go out to make a difference in their families, schools, and communities. We believe that the most important thing we can do with our lives is to invest in our kids. Join our Risen Kids team and help nurture, guide, and inspire kids as they grow in their faith and identity.
The Men’s Ministry is dedicated to glorifying God by reaching men in the community and providing platforms to learn sound, Biblical teaching and practical principles to live an abundant life as followers of Jesus. In the Men’s Ministry, our main focuses are loving God with everything we have and loving others well. We seek to stir these things up in men through monthly breakfasts, small groups, larger studies, retreats, mentor relationships, service projects, and mission trips.

We are passionate about facilitating space for women of all ages to connect deeply, have fun, and champion each other as we all steward the life God has given us. We pray that our Women’s Ministry provides space for sharpening relationships as well as discipleship/mentorship. If you are looking for other women to walk alongside you through the ups and downs of life, we would love to have you!

SENIOR ADULTS (50+)
The King's Eagles are a very active, fun-loving group of people ‘50 plus’ seeking community and activities with their own age group. This group is a strong community within Risen King that seeks to maintain relevant relationships with one another, minister to one another through the ups and downs of life, and carry on the mission of Jesus Christ as they serve others. Activities include movie nights, brunches, birthday parties, BBQs, hikes, prayer support, birthday cards, involvement in ESYAC, Wreaths Across America, and many more.

This 13-week grief support group program focuses on important grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. The weekly videos feature nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, and the video is followed by a small group discussion about what was viewed.

DivorceCare is a 13-week seminar series featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on divorce and recovery topics. The video seminars are combined with support group discussion of the materials presented during the video program.

Our Homebound Ministry focuses on our church members who are unable to leave their homes for extended periods of time and therefore can not enjoy community and fellowship with other believers. Oftentimes people who are homebound begin to feel invisible, unimportant, and lonely. We want them to be loved well, to know that they are still part of our church family, and without a doubt that they are important in the Kingdom of God. Someone from this ministry will visit them in their home, take communion with them, pray for them, and/or simply spend time connecting with them.
