Home Teams
Home Teams exist to provide support, build a close-knit and caring community, activate ministry, and encourage personal and spiritual growth.
These teams meet year-round with no set start or end date, typically gathering 2-4 times a month with the same group of people. The only exception is during the “Grow Team” season, when meetings may occur less frequently. Home teams are like family—they provide support, celebrate together, and build long-lasting relationships. A new Home Team will launch in the Summer of 2025.
Grow Teams
Grow Teams exist to create environments that provide discipleship and spiritual growth. They meet twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, with each season focusing on different topics. Led by qualified team leaders, these small groups are limited to 15 people and meet for 6-12 weeks. Participants explore and discuss biblical truths, applying them in practical ways to their lives. The first session of Grow Teams will launch on March 2, 2025.
Serve Teams
Serve Teams exist to equip people to actively participate in ministry and serve others. Their goals are to activate ministry, foster growth, and build community. These teams meet year-round, with schedules tailored to the specific ministry they serve. Each team focuses on a particular area of service, offering opportunities to use your unique gifts while forming deeper connections with fellow team members. Serve teams play a vital role at Risen King, driving the mission of building His Church. You can join a serve team at any time by scanning the QR code on a host team member’s badge, on the seat backs in the Worship Center, or by visiting the website.
